Mandie Erickson brings a deep connection to Dickinson State University (DSU) and the local community to her role on the DSU Heritage Foundation Board (DSU HF).
Professionally, Erickson works at Pathfinder Inspections, where she has spent the past three years. She also holds a real estate license and has worked as an agent with Continental Real Estate for ten years.

Outside of work, she stays busy with her blended family. She has two children, Addison and Brody, and shares her time with her boyfriend Randy and his three sons, Britton, Boston, and Beckett. Their free time often centers on family activities and cheering at sporting events.
Erickson serves as president of the Blue Hawk Booster Club and as a member of the DSU HF Board. Her involvement with the university spans more than a decade. She joined the Blue Hawk Booster Board in 2010 and stepped into the presidency in 2022. Her motivation comes from a strong appreciation for the university, its staff and coaches.

In her role on the DSU HF Board, Erickson hopes to contribute positively to DSU’s continued growth and culture. She focuses on helping create the best possible experience for students and student-athletes as they pursue their education.
As a former DSU student-athlete, Erickson played golf for the Blue Hawks and competed in the national golf tournament for three consecutive years. Her connection to athletics continues through volunteer work. She is a member of the Dickinson High School Booster Club and regularly assists with youth community events.

Erickson’s advice for students centers on community involvement. “Get involved in the community while you are here,” she said. “Dickinson has amazing people and offers a lot more than people know.”
