Investing in What Matters

FIVE STRATEGIC IMPACT AREAS

CORE VALUES

HOW WE MEASURE SUCCESS
Audit & Compliance
We will maintain strong financial and governance practices through clean annual audits, regular policy reviews, and adherence to ethical and compliance standards. Financial and impact reporting will be completed accurately and on schedule.
We will measure donor confidence through retention, repeat giving, and feedback related to trust, transparency, responsiveness, and stewardship. Every gift will continue to be managed in accordance with donor intent.
Donor Confidence & Retention
Scholarship Impact
We will track the number of students receiving scholarships and the total scholarship dollars awarded each year. We will also evaluate how scholarship support contributes to student retention, graduation, academic achievement, and career preparation.
We will evaluate how effectively we adopt new programs, tools, and approaches; respond to changing needs; and use data and feedback to guide decisions. Success will include documented improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, student success, and donor engagement.
Innovation & Improvement
Student Outcomes
Success will be measured through student retention and graduation rates, academic achievement, internships and experiential learning, job placement, graduate school enrollment, and student feedback about the support they receive.
We will measure growth in meaningful partnerships with campus departments, alumni, donors, businesses, and community organizations. Success includes increased collaboration, sponsorships, shared initiatives, and strong stakeholder relationships.
