Honorary Captain Nomination Form

Honorary Captains are recognized at various Dickinson State University athletic events. Honorary Captains are awarded to acknowledge those who have impacted a program or the Dickinson State University community.

An Honorary Captain does not need to be an Alumni of Dickinson State but must have made an impact on/in the sport they are Honorary Captain for. Once an individual is recognized as an Honorary Captain, they cannot be selected as so for at least five years. There can be no more than one Honorary Captain per athletic event.
